The Air Residences Project of SMDC celebrated their Structural Concrete Topping-off Ceremony last March 20, 2018 on the 60th floor – the topmost floor of the structure. Air Residences, located along Malugay Street in Makati City, is the first residential premier of SMDC. The building features a mall in the first two stories, a bridgeway connecting the The Rise by Federal Land, Inc., call center offices, and 3,642 residential units.
